This hotel in Lekki is situated at 115 Ayo Babatunde Crescent, Oniru Estate; a quiet, serene, constantly patrolled and gated Estate within walking distance of an open air market, shopping malls and other businesses. The Lekki Astor Tourist Inn is approximately fifteen minutes drive away from the Oniru Private beach and twenty minutes away from the Elegushi Beach.
This boutique hotel first opened its doors in 2015 and has a total of 16 rooms in 3 categories: classic, deluxe and executive. Each room is non-smoking and has a tea/coffee making set, a writing desk, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge plus a spacious bathroom.
All guests of the Lekki Astor Tourist Inn have access to the 24 hour Wi-Fi network, the cozy swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, restaurant and bar. Sadly, there is no gym but apart from the large parking space there’s lots of room to jog around the premises or if you so choose around the secure estate.
The restaurant’s menu offers several comparatively priced traditional and Continental dishes. And if you fancy barbecue, the grill is active poolside on most weekends. The poolside also happens to be the only designated smoking area.
The general atmosphere of the hotel is of one big private accommodation and the staff is all part of the family. This is why I recommend the Lekki Astor Tourist Inn to anyone traveling on business or pleasure, take advantage of this secluded home away from home establishment.
