There are a total of 10 fully serviced 3 bedroom apartments plus 10 boys’ quarters; all accessible via elevator or two separate flights of stairs and each flat furnished in a modern style with large flat screen LED TV in the living room and a slightly smaller version in each bedroom. Each room also has a king sized bed, arm chairs, writing desk, safety deposit box and spacious bathroom.
The kitchen comes with a gas and electric cooker, electric kettle, water dispenser, microwave oven, refrigerator, utensils and cutlery. In stairwell behind is a functioning washing machine. On arrival guests receive a welcome pack that consists of a water jug for the dispenser, a pack of bottled water and packs of sugar, milk, tea and coffee.
Each resident has 24 hour Wi-Fi access and is welcome to use the well-equipped gym, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There’s even a smaller pool for children.
The building has lots of parking space, CCTV cameras in key spots, electrified wire on the fence, and uniformed security on patrol. There is no hall but during the course of their stay residents who wish to hold a small function will find plenty of space by the pool and inside the ground floor.
It is a beautiful residence in a quiet neighborhood with a good road network. I highly recommended it for short or long stay guests either on holiday or business, basically anyone who wants to stay in a place that feels just like home.
