Joseph’s Court is a block of serviced apartments situated at 17b Akarigbere Close off Idejo Street off Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. Opened in the second half of 2016, it has a total of four apartments and two Penthouse flats; there are 4 bedrooms in each of the former while the latter has 3 rooms each. The flats are non-smoking and have fully furnished dining areas and living spaces; rooms have closets, king sized beds, armchairs, writing desks, air conditioners and beautiful artwork. The Eko Gym is a few buildings away and the 9 to 7 supermarket is within walking distance at the end of Idejo Street.
The kitchens at Joseph’s Court are well equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, washing machine, gas cooker and oven, dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. For safety there are smoke detectors and two types of fire extinguishers in the hallways and by the stairs. A few flats have windows and balconies with a view of the Eko Atlantic city.
Fitness buffs will be glad to know there’s a gym and swimming pool for residents of Joseph Courts at the rear of the building. Designated smoking areas are the poolside and balconies. There are two massive silent cabin generators in case of power failure.
There’s ample parking for residents and their guests, while uniformed guards, high walls topped with barbed wire secure the premises. And the neighborhood is quiet and serene perfect for the long stay traveler who wants a restful place that feels just like home after a hard day’s work.
