VTL Suites is well suited for short or extended stay travelers; who are either on business or pleasure, who need a home away from home. This hotel in Lekki Peninsula is located in Agungi just a stone throw from the bus stop, barely a 6 minute drive away is the popular Alpha Beach, 3 minutes away is the newly opened Circle Mall with its restaurants, lounges etc.
VTL Suites opened for business in 2012 and is made up of 14 serviced apartments and 2 standard rooms. There is no bar, restaurant or lounge but that’s because the apartments are self- catering, with well equipped kitchens (refrigerators, gas cookers, microwave ovens, plates, pots, pans, cutlery etc.).
All guests are entitled to full use of all the facilities and the necessary services which include Wi-Fi access, a gym, cable TV, laundry, 24-hour electricity power supply, security, building maintenance and housekeeping.
Health buffs will love the juice bar on the ground floor, there’s also a boutique, Shawarma spot and supermarket on the premises. Fire safety protocols are in place, I observed a few smoke detectors and fire extinguishers around. I also ran into a couple of long term guests who were in town for a tournament. They had been guests for eight months and had no complaints.
So if you are coming to Lagos on Business, or are being transferred and need a place to stay till you can find permanent accommodation, perhaps you are on vacation with the whole family; you should check out VTL Suites and indulge in familiar comforts.
